Food ordering and payment at one kiosk
Menu, ordering and card payment in one terminal
Self Service Terminal Single enables self-service food ordering and card payment on a 43-inch touchscreen. Guests browse pictures and detailed descriptions, then assemble and pay for orders at the kiosk.
The integrated fiscal printer includes paper detection and a retract function. Software can connect to order-processing and queue-management systems, from kitchen transmission to collection information.
The terminal can serve one restaurant or act as a shared ordering point for several providers. Each restaurant can present its own brand and menu, so ordering takes place in a suitable branded interface.
The single-sided design suits locations where one accessible large screen is sufficient. It takes orders separately from the counter, allowing guests to choose and pay independently.
With suitable integration, NFC and barcode readers support cashless cards, loyalty cards and coupons. Digital Signage presents offers in a dedicated area during ordering or full screen when idle.
Powder-coatable parts can use restaurant brand colours. A specified RAL shade helps the ordering point fit the dining area.
Ordering menus can reflect the restaurant’s logo and colours, with separate branding for multiple providers. Food photos and descriptions are arranged to make selection easy.
Non-standard colours and branding are available for an additional charge. The exact finish is defined during production planning.

Software and features available for this device
Ordering software guides guests from browsing to payment. Selected functions and integrations are quoted separately from hardware.

Queue management organises arrivals, ticket requests and customer calling in one process. Software offers parallel queues, service-specific information and display-based calling; a mobile interface is an optional addition.

SENSO Digital Signage uploads images and videos, creates playlists and schedules playback. Devices update individually or in groups, sending campaigns to several locations at once. The ordering kiosk shows offers in a dedicated area during use or full screen when idle.
The Self Service family offers single- and double-sided terminals. Duo makes self-service available from both sides, while Single is a focused choice where one user interface is enough for demand.
