Centrally configurable NFC touchpoints and mobile journeys

Engagement Module provides an interface, integrable with our other systems, for configuring digital content and journeys assigned to NFC touchpoints. By tapping a phone on a touchpoint, users can open information, shopping or gaming interfaces directly. The solution supports a wide range of uses, from collecting loyalty points and buying tickets to accessing coupons and exclusive content.

Assignments linked to each touchpoint’s unique identifier are managed through a clear central interface. Changes can take effect in real time or be scheduled, allowing the same device to support different campaigns or services at different times. Updating content does not require replacing the physical touchpoint.
