Premium digital hardware for long-term use

Reliable operation, durability and refined design guide the development and manufacture of our hardware. We build devices for intensive everyday use, considering serviceability, peripheral placement and installation requirements. Our outdoor models place particular emphasis on resistance to weather conditions.

Selected hardware elements can be powder-coated to RAL colours, allowing both technical configuration and appearance to suit the site or brand.

Hardware and software in one system

Our own hardware delivers the most complete SENSO-MEDIA functionality

We develop software around the capabilities and peripherals of our own hardware. Displays, controllers, payment and identification modules and user interfaces are designed as one coordinated system. Online administration or a Back Office complements device applications where needed, connecting on-site service with central operations.

Where technical conditions permit, we also install and integrate software on third-party equipment. We therefore support both new systems and modernisation of existing infrastructure.

Our indoor advertising range includes freestanding, double-sided, wall-mounted and specialist displays. Different sizes and configurations allow digital communication to match the venue, visitor routes and intended content.

What can they do?

With SENSO Digital Signage, they display centrally managed advertising, scheduled campaigns, programme recommendations and public announcements. Applications include shopping centres, transport hubs, sports and cultural venues and busy retail spaces.

Digital Light Poster – freestanding indoor displays

Single-sided and double-sided advertising displays with 65-inch and 75-inch screens. Single-sided versions support targeted placement; double-sided models communicate in two directions.

Digital Light Poster – wall-mounted displays

Space-saving solutions for locations where screens are mounted on walls. Different screen sizes suit the available space and desired visibility.

Information and digital services at one point

Our indoor kiosks range from compact queue-management terminals to information towers, inclined information desks and interactive tables. Alongside touchscreens and industrial computers, models can include printers, identification peripherals or audio systems.

What can they do?

With SENSO Generic Info, SENSO Queue, AI Assistant and interactive applications, they provide information, navigation, queue management and entertainment. They support visitors in shopping centres, museums, offices, healthcare facilities and transport venues.

Queue Management Kiosk – customer-service terminals

Compact touchscreen kiosks with queue-ticket printers, available freestanding or wall-mounted. They coordinate service selection and ticket issuance with the connected queue-management system.

Information towers

Freestanding devices for map-based navigation, searchable content and integrated services. Double Digital Tower’s two screens can combine interactive information with additional content playback.

Info Desk – information desks

Kiosks with inclined touchscreens for convenient information searches and digital customer service. With suitable software, the printer-equipped version can also issue coupons on site.

Our indoor terminals serve locations where users pay, place orders or access services independently. Displays, payment modules and other peripherals are selected for the task.

What can they do?

With SENSO SelfService or SENSO PayAccess, they automate restaurant ordering or access to paid services. They help reduce repetitive staff tasks and provide additional self-service points.

Payment Terminal – collecting service fees

Compact payment terminals for applications including toilet admission fees and access-gate control. Listed configurations provide card payments, coin acceptance and coin change.

Touchscreen devices for child-friendly, logic and two-player games. Digital Kids’ Corner is sized for children, while Digital Table provides a tabletop gaming surface.

Future Playground – motion-controlled digital playgrounds

Outdoor gaming equipment with touchscreens and LED-lit pressure-sensitive floor sensors. Participants can control digital games through physical movement; single-sided and three-sided versions suit sites of different sizes.

Our outdoor kiosks and advertising devices feature weather-resistant construction, stable frames, protective glass and temperature management. The category includes interactive information points and dedicated content displays.

What can they do?

Our ticket machines combine outdoor construction, touchscreens and payment, printing and identification peripherals matched to the chosen configuration. Card-only and full cash-handling models are available.

What can they do?

SENSO PublicTransport or SENSO Ticketing enables transport ticket, admission and service sales. The related range also includes a machine for issuing and topping up cashless cards.

Ticket Vending Machine – portrait-screen ticket machines

Our own ticket machines with 32-inch or 43-inch portrait screens and full payment equipment. They integrate with transport and other ticketing systems.

Ticketing Terminal – single-sided and double-sided terminals

Outdoor terminals for events, cultural institutions, sports facilities and other programme providers. Card-only or full-payment, single-sided and double-sided options allow selection to suit the site.

Cashless Top-up Terminal – card issuance and balance top-ups

A double-sided outdoor terminal for closed-loop payment systems, with a card dispenser and required identification peripherals. SENSO Cashless Top-up enables self-service card issuance and top-ups.

10 Outdoor large-screen fuel payment terminals

Premium hardware for automated filling stations

Our large-screen AllPay terminals are designed for intensive, continuous outdoor use. Industrial computers, touchscreens and varied payment configurations create sales points matched to site traffic and customer preferences.

What can they do?

With SENSO AllPay and online Back Office, they support self-service fuel sales at independent stations and networks. They can control multiple pumps simultaneously, while their screens also serve as digital advertising surfaces.

AllPay Single – large-screen payment point with one service side

AllPay Single provides self-service payments in a single-sided design. Configurations range from card-only to full banknote and coin acceptance and change.

AllPay Duo – double-sided design for higher traffic

11 Compact outdoor fuel payment terminals

Automated refuelling with a smaller footprint

The compact AllPay Lite family provides self-service payment options. Alongside card and cash-handling variants, a non-payment model is available for industrial filling stations.

What can they do?

Payment-equipped versions automate fuel sales with SENSO AllPay and can also collect parking fees with suitable configuration. In SENSO IndustrialFuel systems, the Non-Payment model provides driver identification, refuelling authorisation and data connectivity for central fuel management.

AllPay Lite – compact payment terminals

The family shares one hardware platform with different payment modules. Card Only is available wall-mounted or pedestal-mounted, while cash versions range from banknote acceptance to full banknote and coin handling.

AllPay Lite Non-Payment – for industrial refuelling points

A terminal without payment modules for company sites and closed fleets. Its primary role is driver identification and refuelling authorisation, with the connected system also supporting fuel management through limits and tank-level data.

Our access solutions connect permission checks, payments and physical passage control. Terminals, gates and barriers are adapted to the venue’s traffic, security requirements and services.

Engagement Module

Compact NFC contact points for mobile services

Engagement Module is a small, customisable NFC device that mounts on kiosks, terminals and other suitable surfaces. It also works independently: users tap a compatible phone to open the assigned digital content.

What can it do?

It can link to information pages, coupons, games, surveys, ticketing, orders and loyalty workflows. Content assigned to unique identifiers changes centrally, allowing the same physical point to support a different campaign or service later.

Engagement Module – freely configurable interaction point

It can complement kiosks and payment terminals, form museum stations, support events or become part of an urban trail. Connect and SENSO XP integration can reward specified activities.

14 Smart street furniture and public-space hardware

Community spaces with added convenience

Our smart street furniture combines traditional seating with digital and convenience services. Equipment can be tailored to the location, from charging and internet access to accessories for cyclists.

What can they do?

They create comfortable rest points in parks, public spaces, tourist destinations and outdoor venue areas. Combined with information kiosks and ticket machines as part of the Digital Oasis concept, they offer information, purchasing and relaxation in one place.

Smart Bench – smart seating for community spaces

A bench with a stable frame, wooden seat, LED lighting and outdoor USB charging ports. Optional features include wireless charging, a Wi-Fi hotspot and an air-compressor pump.

Not every element of complex digital infrastructure requires in-house hardware. When another manufacturer’s device is technically and economically suitable, we source and integrate it into our system.

Our range includes third-party equipment already tested with our software. These verified hardware and software combinations provide reliable, cost-effective alternatives for information, content playback, gaming and self-service applications.

What can they do?

We apply the same integration approach to distributed hardware as to our own products. We select suitable configurations, establish data and control connections and deliver devices integrated with SENSO-MEDIA software. In-house and third-party equipment can then operate as one coordinated system for users and operators alike.
