Cashless Top-up Terminal Duo issues cards and tops up balances for closed-loop cashless payments. On two 46-inch touchscreens, visitors check card balances and select top-up amounts.
The outdoor vandal-resistant enclosure suits festivals, events and other service points. Two receipt printers provide documentation; temperature control and an industrial computer are included.
An integrated dispenser issues new plastic cards, while NFC readers identify existing cards. Two terminals enable card payments, with crediting coordinated with the partner’s cashless system.
The machine also has one banknote and one coin acceptance-and-change unit. Cash and card top-up workflows are designed for double-sided use and shared cash equipment.
The terminal can expand with information menus, additional service sales and advertising. Card issuance, balance enquiries and top-up records connect to the selected cashless back office.
Powder-coatable parts can use the event’s or provider’s colours. The agreed RAL enclosure finish and digital interface can share one identity.
Card-issuance and top-up screens can reflect the provider or event. Alongside colours and logos, instructions use the terminology of the cashless system.
Custom RAL powder coating and brand modifications are optional additions charged separately. Required changes are agreed in advance.
Software and features available for this device
Software connected to the partner’s cashless system manages card issuance and top-ups. We quote the package separately after functions and integrations are selected.
Software reads the cashless card, displays its balance and manages selected top-ups. We coordinate issuance, card or cash payment and crediting with the partner’s back office. Transactions remain searchable in administration.
The software presents text and image guides, events and services. Search and map-based routes complement the content, with changes applied through central administration.
Content management schedules your own and partner advertising together. Media is assigned to individual devices or groups, with adjustable playback order. Top-up screens can also communicate event information and partner offers.

Sziget, Volt and Balaton Sound
In our 2019 festival projects, we installed Digital Oases at Sziget, Volt and Balaton Sound. Outdoor dual-screen kiosks provided programmes, navigation, selfies and cashless card top-ups, complemented by smart benches.
