Ticket Vending Machine Vertical 32 Full is an outdoor terminal with an inclined 32-inch touchscreen. Our own design accepts cards, banknotes and coins and returns cash change.
An industrial computer, camera, temperature controller and speaker sit within a weather-resistant, multipoint-locking enclosure. The display has 8 mm toughened glass, and the structure is designed for busy outdoor sales points.
The inclined screen presents a purchase menu tailored to the provider’s offering. Software supports transport tickets and passes or event tickets according to the selected package and integration.
The cash-handling unit stores up to 1,000 banknotes and dispenses change in five denominations. Separate ticket and receipt printers issue the purchased ticket and payment receipt, while the coin unit also provides smaller amounts of change.
Central administration monitors the terminal and provides searchable purchases. The interface can be branded, with local information and centrally managed advertising alongside ticket sales.
Exterior colours can reflect your brand. RAL powder coating helps the new inclined-screen terminal match an existing ticketing network.
We customise software screens to your identity. Events, ticket types and instructions appear clearly in a design coordinated with the enclosure.
Custom RAL powder coating and brand modifications are optional additions charged separately. Required changes are agreed in advance.
Software and features available for this device
The terminal operates with selected ticketing software and central administration. Listed software options are not automatically included: packages and pricing are agreed separately.
Transport ticketing software presents the provider’s tickets and passes. Purchasing, payment and ticket issuance connect to the central system. Web administration provides searchable transactions and technical device status.
Software guides buyers from event selection through payment to ticket issuance. Ticket types and optional seating plans use provider data, directly connected to the central ticketing system.
Central content management remotely updates advertising and information, with editable playback and scheduled changes. Ticket machines support digital communication during purchases and between uses.
The Vertical family is available with 32- and 43-inch displays. The larger screen creates a stronger presence, while the smaller model suits different space requirements; both support self-service ticket sales with a full payment module.

For BKK, we added 38 own-designed ticket machines while refurbishing 280 existing units. The machines connected to new ticketing software and Back Office, with operations supported remotely and on site.
