TVM15 Full is a refurbished outdoor terminal with complete payment equipment. We retain reusable components and add hardware upgrades and new software, making the device suitable for self-service sales again.
Comprehensive refurbishment includes condition assessment, repairs and component replacement. The weather-resistant carbon-steel enclosure features multipoint locking and 8 mm toughened glass.
Alongside cards, it accepts banknotes and coins and returns cash change. Full suits sales points where cash payment must remain available.
Ticketing software presents the offering and purchase steps on a 15-inch touchscreen. Separate printers issue tickets and receipts in coordination with the provider’s system.
We connect the modernised terminal to your central sales system. Transport and event-ticketing software are available; administration monitors sales and device status and provides searchable transactions.
Refurbishment can include complete rebranding. Powder-coatable elements receive the selected RAL finish, with external signage and software following a unified design.
Software rebranding can cover the entire ticket-purchase experience. The new identity can appear consistently on enclosure markings, menus and on-site information.
Custom powder coating and hardware and software rebranding are additional paid services. Pricing is added to the refurbishment proposal once required changes are known.
Software and features available for this device
The refurbished terminal can run modern SENSO ticketing software. We quote the software package separately after selecting functions and integrations.
SENSO Public Transport guides passengers through ticket or pass purchases according to provider rules. It handles payments and printing and presents purchase and device-status data in central administration.
SENSO Ticketing offers on-site self-service purchases from the connected sales system. Visitors select events, admission tickets and, where supported, seats, then pay and collect tickets at the terminal.
Online administration keeps networked content current. Media order, playback periods and device groups are selected for each campaign. Refurbished ticket machines can show information and advertising alongside purchases.
Refurbished ticket machines are available card-only or with full cash handling. Selection considers cash-purchase share, change dispensing and operational tasks.
The TVM15 family offers a card-only model and a version that also handles cash. Full supports a wider range of payment methods, while Card Only uses fewer peripherals for cashless sales on the same software foundation.
