Info Desk is an information kiosk with a 43-inch inclined touchscreen. Its desk-like layout offers a clear surface for shop searches, digital maps and detailed guides.
An industrial computer and camera are standard, with 6 mm toughened glass protecting the display. An audio system, 4G modem and label printer can be added where services require them.
Visitors independently find information in shopping centres, museums and institutional reception areas. Menus can feature shops, services and events with content curated for the location.
SENSO Generic Info’s search and digital map support navigation from destination selection to route display. Multilingual interfaces and centrally updated guides make serving different visitor groups easier.
Our information desk can run advertising, games and custom promotional applications. An optional AI assistant adds another way to search, while the desk can reflect the venue’s identity.
Customisable brand appearance
Powder-coatable frame elements can match your brand. RAL colour selection also considers nearby counters, furniture and signage.
The interface can feature your identity and location-specific content. Icons, menus and maps balance easy navigation with a consistent appearance.
Brand-specific painting and additional graphics are available at an extra charge. We provide a tailored quote for the selected colours and finish.

SENSO software packages
Navigation, content management and interactive applications are available for the kiosk. We provide a separate software-package quote after functions and integrations are selected.
SENSO Digital Signage – central content management
Advertising videos, campaign graphics and local information are arranged into playlists in a browser. Content updates immediately or is prepared for future campaigns. Kiosks play media in a dedicated area during use or full screen when idle.
SENSO Play – digital games
The game collection can include applications for children and other visitor groups. Individual and two-player modes, graphics and any high-score recording are agreed alongside game selection.
SENSO AI – optional virtual assistant
The optional AI assistant can provide conversational information searches. We agree answer sources, spoken output and required peripherals with the institution.
Info Desk product family
Info Desk is available with or without a printer. The printer version can add a physical receipt or information sheet to a digital process, while the standard version offers simpler equipment for entirely on-screen interactions.
