Info Desk with Printer adds coupon printing to digital information. On the ergonomically inclined 43-inch touchscreen, visitors search shops, offers and programmes, with printed coupons available for selected discounts.
Alongside the integrated label printer, the device includes an industrial computer and camera, with 6 mm toughened glass protecting the screen. Optional audio and a 4G modem reflect selected functions and local connectivity.
The desk suits shopping centres, institutions and promotional venues where information also supports sales. Offers discovered at the kiosk can stay with users during their visit or purchase.
SENSO Generic Info provides searchable menus and map-based routes. Coupon content, validity conditions and redemption links are designed around your campaign.
The printer-equipped kiosk can expand with games, promotional interfaces and an AI assistant. SENSO Digital Signage plays centrally managed content in a separate screen area during use or full screen when idle.
We design the enclosure and interface together for a consistent branded information desk. Powder-coatable parts use RAL colours suited to the venue.
The kiosk interface can use your logo, brand colours and distinctive graphics. Alongside visual consistency, menus are designed around the venue’s information offering.
Custom RAL powder coating and brand modifications are optional additions charged separately. Required changes are agreed in advance.
Software and features available for this device
Navigation, content management and interactive applications are available. Listed software options are not automatically included: packages and pricing are agreed separately.
SENSO Generic Info provides searchable content, multilingual menus and digital map navigation. Shop, service and programme information updates centrally, while route planning guides visitors to their chosen destination.
Content management schedules your own and partner advertisements together. Media is assigned to individual devices or groups, with playback order adjustable at any time. Kiosks play media in a dedicated area during use or full screen when idle.
Touchscreen, logic and two-player games create a selection suited to your venue. Alongside ready-made applications, we develop themed games around users’ ages and the device’s controls.
Information software can include an optional AI virtual assistant. Visitors use natural-language questions to search assigned information. We separately plan audio equipment and software requirements for voice interaction.
Info Desk is available with or without a printer. The printer version can add a physical receipt or information sheet to a digital process, while the standard version offers simpler equipment for entirely on-screen interactions.

Nestea and Coca-Cola
In 2011, our printer-equipped information desks featured in Nestea and Coca-Cola promotions. For Nestea, we developed an application combining photo montages and a prize wheel, allowing participants to print branded images on site. The project included custom software and printing configured for the campaign.
