Quick access on your own phone
Users tap their phones on the contact point to open its assigned content. There is no need to type a web address or search menus: they go directly to the page associated with the location, offer or service.
Let’s talk!
One tap, countless possibilities
Engagement Module gives shopping centres, institutions, event venues, brands and cities a simple link between on-site experiences and mobile services. Freely configurable NFC contact points open selected content and workflows when users tap them with a compatible phone.
Contact points can link to information pages, games, coupons, surveys, ticketing or ordering interfaces. Unique identifiers allow each point to serve a different purpose, while multiple locations can also share the same content. Assignments can be changed online, enabling new campaigns or services without replacing on-site hardware.
Engagement Module works independently or with other SENSO systems. Attached to kiosks, payment terminals or other locations, it can support mobile information access, loyalty points, playful discovery and convenient services.

years – Technology experience
Users tap their phones on the contact point to open its assigned content. There is no need to type a web address or search menus: they go directly to the page associated with the location, offer or service.
Different content and workflows can be assigned to unique identifiers. At one venue, one point might provide information, another launch a game and a third enable a purchase or service request.
Links assigned to contact points can be updated centrally. When introducing a new campaign, seasonal offer or changed service, the digital content can be modified without replacing the on-site device.

The compact module attaches to kiosks, payment terminals and other suitable surfaces. It also works as a standalone interaction point, connecting visitors digitally without existing SENSO equipment.

Connected with SENSO Connect and integrated SENSO XP, specified activities can earn loyalty points. Multiple contact points can form a digital stamp trail, an on-site challenge or a themed discovery game.
Beyond opening individual content, a contact point can initiate a complete workflow. An information request might lead to a coupon, survey or service offer, in the sequence and under the conditions defined by the partner.
Complete solutions for connecting on-site and mobile interactions

The assigned digital workflow defines the contact point’s role
Engagement Module supports information, games and services through the same compact device. Central settings determine its behaviour, allowing it to take on new functions as venue or campaign needs change.
Small size, versatile placement
The contact point takes up little space on kiosks, terminals, information surfaces or other suitable locations. Placement is tailored to use, making it easy for visitors to notice, approach and reach with their phones.
A recognisable connection point for visitors
The LED-lit module’s child-friendly design creates a recognisable interaction point. Its appearance and accompanying signage can reflect your brand, drawing attention to digital opportunities while fitting the surroundings.
The same contact point, new digital possibilities
Each module has a unique identifier that can be assigned content or a workflow through the online interface. Multiple identifiers can lead to the same destination, or different functions can be configured for each location and device.

Information, games and services through the right mobile interface
Engagement Module can provide the on-site connection point together with its digital content and back-office system. The destination interface and subsequent steps are tailored to your goals.
Assign contact points and content centrally
The administration interface assigns links and digital workflows to unique identifiers. Contact points can be configured individually, or multiple identifiers can share content. Assignments can be updated for subsequent campaigns and services.
The destination interface is tailored to the task too
As part of the solution, we create games, information pages, surveys and coupon interfaces. Ticketing, service sales and ordering pages can also be developed so users move directly from the contact point to the intended action.
Connect with your digital services
Contact points can connect to SENSO Connect loyalty programmes, queue management or Generic Info services that continue on mobile. Integration allows a tap to initiate the action defined by the relevant system, including any required user identification.

Device, content and back office designed together
SENSO-MEDIA designs the on-site connection and subsequent digital journey as one experience. Alongside placement, we plan what users see after tapping, which actions they can take and which integrations are needed. Our own interfaces and integrated solutions support tasks ranging from information and purchases to loyalty points. Contact points can later be reassigned to new content and extended to more locations. The same installed network can therefore support changing campaigns and long-term services alike.
We start by understanding the venue and its users
We identify where contact points add value and what they should achieve. We plan content, user journeys and integrations, from standalone information points to multi-stage campaigns.
Branded interfaces, coordinated operation
We create the required mobile games, information pages, sales or ordering interfaces and connect them to designated systems. Visual design follows your brand, while functionality reflects the service and audience’s needs.
Configured contact points and support for continued use
We install and configure contact points, then verify the connected workflows. We demonstrate the management interface and provide agreed support for content changes, technical tasks and new features.
Digital services available exactly where they are needed
Engagement Module links mobile information and services to physical locations. Visitors access relevant content beside an exhibit, shop, service point or kiosk. Central configuration allows each point’s role to follow current goals, while connected games and offers encourage further participation.
A tap can lead directly to the right mobile interface, reducing searching and the steps needed to start a service process.
Content and assignments can be changed centrally. Existing contact points can therefore support new offers, games and services.
Loyalty points, playful challenges and on-site rewards can encourage discovery, service trials and future visits.
